Meet the Presenter: Shaina Lane is a speaker, author, leadership coach and ice cream addict. Known for her relatable, no-BS approach, Shaina brings energy, humor, and real-world wisdom to every stage she steps on. She has a Master’s in Higher Education Administration, a SHRM-CP credential and more coaching credentials than should be legal. When she’s not solving all of the world’s leadership problems, she enjoys triathlon, salsa dancing, and coming up with increasingly creative ways to avoid yard work.
