Meet the Presenter: Sandra M. Andre, Employment and Labor Attorney, Miller Johnson
Sandra Andre is an Member in Miller Johnson’s employment and labor section. She counsels a diverse group of employers and human resource practitioners on a full spectrum of employment-and labor law related legal issues. These range from matters of occupational safety and health, wage and hour law, employment discrimination, disabilities and accommodation, discipline and termination, hiring, and workplace harassment.
Ms. Andre is a part of the employment litigation team defending employers in cases including claims such as discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and retaliation. She is experienced preparing for trials and hearings. This includes drafting motions, reviewing depositions and conducting legal research.

REFUND POLICY
If you are unable to attend a chapter event and wish to cancel your registration, you must notify the AHRM Board Secretary no later than the Friday prior to the event at 4pm. If you notify us prior to 4pm on the Friday prior to the event, you will receive a refund for your payment. If you are unable to notify us prior to this time, no refunds will be given. If you register for an event but choose to pay at a later date, but do not attend the event (or cancel within the specified timeframe) you will still be invoiced for the payment.
