About the Speakers:
Don Harvey is currently the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion SVP at Kforce. Don has a 30+ year history leading, mentoring and driving positive change and outcomes throughout his impressive career. Don is a Vietnam vet who served with the 1st Calvary Division and has earned a Purple Heart and Bronze Star award. He was the founder and CEO of VistaRMS which was acquired by Kforce in 2005. Don has served as a mentor to many Kforce’s leaders including our COO, Kye Mitchell. When Kforce decided to expand their dedication to diversity, equity and inclusion, Don was selected as one of their most impactful leaders, to lead the development and implementation of DE&I. He looks forward to sharing more about Kforce’s journey to further foster equity and inclusion both internally and with external partners.
Audra Woods has 8 years in the staffing industry with an expertise in recruiting and managing delivery teams at Kforce professionals staffing. As the Director of Diversity Equity and Inclusion, Audra is committed to ensuring that DEI is a priority for Kforce both internally and externally. Audra received her MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management, a Bachelor’s Degree In Business Management from Jacksonville State University, alongside a Diversity Equity and Inclusion Certification from the University of South Florida. Audra is also a proud Member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc, Black MBA Association of Tampa Bay, and is heavily involved in supporting the communities of Tampa Bay. As a member of the Advisory board for the Black Cultural Exchange at Kforce, she is a Champion of the Kforce sponsored Teen Achievers program with a passion for assisting youth on job search strategies and resume building. Audra is dedicated to bridging gaps and eliminating barriers to create an equal and safe work environment for all.
Michael is a certified HR leader for Kforce, a nationwide staffing and solutions firm. Michael has over 15 years of experience bringing interactive and powerful programs that encourage workplace joy and engagement. He presents his customized seminars regularly to local, national and international organizations some of which are Florida State University, Florida International University, Kennesaw State University, United Healthcare, Nielsen Media and Dress for Success. Michael has also presented at local and national conferences for SHRM (Society of Human Resource Management) – the largest HR professional organization, globally. His expertise in Emotional Intelligence has been called upon most recently to facilitate Emotional Intelligence training at this month’s Florida State HR Conference, and just last month, Michael was part of a team who facilitated a firm-wide Emotional Intelligence Training to the over two thousand Kforce employees nationwide. REFUND POLICY
If you are unable to attend a chapter event and wish to cancel your registration, you must notify the AHRM Board Secretary no later than the Friday prior to the event at 4pm. If you notify us prior to 4pm on the Friday prior to the event, you will receive a refund for your payment. If you are unable to notify us prior to this time, no refunds will be given. If you register for an event but choose to pay at a later date, but do not attend the event (or cancel within the specified timeframe) you will still be invoiced for the payment.
