How To Improve Your Employee Experience Through Employee Journey Mapping

|
In this talk, you will learn about the fundamentals of employee journey mapping. By understanding the learnings an employee journey map can offer, you can find those critical “moments that matter” for employees. We will focus on: What is an employee journey map and the benefits of creating one? How to decide what and who to focus on with your employee journey map. How to conduct interviews and collect feedback for your journey maps. How to measure the impacts of an employee journey map. How to prioritize solutions and improvements identified through building your employee journey map. Paul Lopushinsky (Law-puh-shin-ski) is the founder of Playficient, a consultancy helping organizations cut through the bull and focus on what matters in the employee experience. Areas of focus for Playficient include the following: • Employee journey mapping • Improving the employee onboarding experience • Using Design Thinking to build better employee experiences • Create more playful cultures that don't rely on a fancy tech office that better resembles a kindergarten class or forced fun. The teams link will be emailed to all that are registered on Tuesday, March 12th after 3 pm. This has been approved for SHRM and HCRI credits.
